Griff you are allowed a good wallow now añd then, so don't apologise, not necessay at all. If it's the chemo or steroids then there's not a lot you can do about it, i think you do a lot, so just stop worrying, you are the same person you were before the weight came to stay.
Checked girls before I went to bed and Zen is back with her mum lay on the matting by their door, so she's getting some of the rays No sign of the others whatsoever, if it snows they'll drive me daft running out to play in it Forecast for the next few days is dry and cold, so Yippee will actually have dry beds for the girls and it will be soooooo easy to keep clean
