I think miscarriage is one of the 'unmentionable topics' . It is amazing how when it happens to you or someone close to you, suddenly you find out so many people have had the same experience but have not spoken of it.

My Daughter in Law had two miscarrages fairly early on in pregnancy , well meaning people said you can try again but for both of us it was babies loved and lost
I marked the due birth date with white crocus bulbs down the lane which will give pleasure to many, the little ones will not be forgotten .

Three short years later we have the twins now aged 17 months and Hannah born four weeks ago.

Em, I really do feel for you, don't be afraid to cry, there are many who will cry with you because they share your loss..xx
