MacAfee / Email help please

Anyone know anythin' about this, I have 'no new messages' in Outlook Express, but there are loads in the 'accepted mail' folder of the anti-spam thingy in MacAfee.

How do I get them to come into outlook express again ?????

Go to McAfee and have a look if it is restricting access to outlook express

They usually automatically transfer into your outlook express. That said I had to switch my spamkiller off as I was getting no mail accepted

I AM GOING MAD - both your reply emails have gone to OE !!!!!!

There are laods of emails that didn't go to OE at all - HELP!!!!

Ive had loads of bother with the spamkiller If you go on to the McAfee website they have live chats with techs that guide you through your problems and help you fix them. I had to speak to one of them to get my spamkiller started as I was not getting any emails at all.

I've never used McAfee so I can't help you I'm afraid...

Have you added the email addresses you want to come though to OE to the friends list on spamkiller?

Sorry cant help that much i run everything thru hotmail, but my cousins husband is a computer technichian (sp?) so i can give him a call in the morning if u want?

Just popped on this morning, 4 emails in 'accepted mail' in Mac but again not in OE. Even the DW replies have stopped coming through, unless OE is running, as in, if they come through when I'm not online they don't go to OE, but if I'm online, they do like your replies last night!!

I can usually switch on the puter when I get in from work and receive up to 60 or so emails(mostly DW!!) - but no more!!

I have the addresses as friends, have dumped and reintalled the email address, have reset the set top box (NTL) and I'm just about to throw the puter out of the window

Ive got NTL too

I just disabled spamkiller in the end at least I get my emails now.
