Thanks both and J I try to enjoy everything even the things I don't like - makes life much more fun. even if the neighbours do suspect I am a bit crazy, unlike the family they are certain of it.

I was in Asda this morning when the music became "dancing music" my niece Taylor (7) started to dance as little girls do I joined in and we danced around Asda bumped into, Ben my O/H who instead of walking away as he used to do, actually joined in. See its catching.
