Event Planning

Would any one ever use an events planner for things like weddings and parties if it would cost you about £100-£200 for all the organising to be done?

Am thinking of going sself employed as an events planner and would really value the feedback...

an event planner is a great idea although £100-£200 seems quite cheap make sure if you do go self-employed that you charge enough to cover all your costs - when you have your own business theres loads of hidden costs you can sometimes forget about - a lot of businesses close down because they didn't factor these costs

well im very organised and would love to do it as a career...usually the fee is 10% of the budget...however a lot of the time it saves money as they can negotiate discounts for using the venue a lot....i would love it im such a monica!!!!

Chinaowner I know a number of girls do this and earn a lot of money (all graduates) I think in these busy times they are very good thing ....I would not use one though because being bossy by nature I like to be in charge myself
