Thanks for the good ideas regarding the low iron - I eat lots of veggies, but maybe need more but no thanks to the Guinness can't stand it, hubby loves it lol

Moyra I didn't think Rosie would enjoy the groomers but she did, you go for it, nothing to do with him! Oh & well done on telling him esp as you was feeling not very well

Mandy, don't drink tea or coffee with or the time you have food, tea in particular blocks iron absorption, i was advised to drink orange juice as it helps with the uptake of iron.
Git a wig at pound stretcher, black and gray mid back length....i look weird but that's good, got my costume, corpse bride, comes with a veil on a head band lol...love it and dead chuffed as it is a size 8-10

I've got some sachets of iron left, if the blood test comes back with low iron I'll start taking them again. I was advised to take them with orange juice.
