£51 - 50 Walk

I am seething! We have just been for a walk along the beach.
No parking concessions for the disabled so we paid our £1 - 50p for one hour . As Brian was getting Adaire and Pepsi out of the car and helping me, the bldooly ticket blew away. We do not have sticky tickets in Torbay
We couldn't chase it, didn't want to pay again so went for a quick walk regardless.
When we got back.....you guessed it, a parking ticket for £50
I have just fired off an email to Torbay council contesting it. Bet it doesn't get me anywhere though

Anyway some pics from before all that happened.

Torquay from across the bay

I half expect the Teletubbies to appear here!

But no, a train instead!

Look at the sky after this mornings torrential rain

Pepsi and a Doodle,

Guess who, wiv er frame!

Ahhhh calmed down a bit now!

Lol.
In some ways it's our fault but I'm cross about 2 things, £1.50 AN HOUR and no stickystuff on the tickets to fix them.

That's disgusting with the parking ticket. They are like little Hitlers around here as well A friend of mine just escaped one the other day at 7.30am. She got in her car as a traffic warden was just coming toward her. I think he thought his luck was in getting somebody at that time of the morning
Gorgeous photos though. Love the one of Adaire.

We've still got the rain here Nippy.
Gorgeous piccies, love the train, and Adair looks happy on his first outing with you.
That is the pits about the ticket, one very expensive outing as you say.
