Zumba!

Starting a new Zumba class tonight. I bet I'll be the oldest one there.

Never mind, I've been practicing my shimmies and I'm determined to keep up with them - even if I have to go straight to bed when I get home!

Well, I certainly slept well after my Zumba!

As I expected, I was the oldest one there, but I was the only one who had ever done it before so that levelled the playing field. And, as well as Zumba we did a few other dances, one of which was the Twist. And as I was twisting away first time round in the 60s, I was in my element!

Looking forward to the next one.

It's great that you enjoyed it

Great it went well for you. I used to go to aerobics and I really miss going there, but not allowed to go now because of my back.
The social part of just meeting different people for a chat and a laugh was the icing on the cake for me.

Boot camp, eh Eileen? You're obviously hard-core.

Sorry to hear your back causes you problems, tawneywolf. Would Pilates help, or is that a no-go for you too?
