yeah that was my point. i wouldnt of picked it first out of the dogs i saw, like i said different judge could of been different outcome. not knocking it, was the judges choice, totally right about preference and perspective.

I actually thought he handled him very well. The dog was allowed to move freely at an active, balanced pace.

Couldn't agree more.
He had a faultless topline on the move & remained steady in the ring.
He is fit for purpose & has numerous working titles....a shining example of the breed.

I also liked the Mal

Actually he only has ScH H III, no IPO quals at all & he is a German showline bred dog-pretty colour though

Not sure what I thought of the GSD to be honest. I didn't like the sloping back end but thought it had a lovely face.

I liked the Beardie best.
