Fitness DVDs

I am thinking about getting myself a fitness DVD, but looking around the shops...there are so many available I just wouldn't know what one would be best.

I am not after one to help me lose weight, I'm after one that helps me tone up and keep me fit. I'm looking to put it on for about half an hour to and hour, say 2-3 times a week.

Can anyone recommend a good DVD that they have seen and experienced GOOD results from?

yep i agree with DG, Davina power of 3 is really good. I also have Nell Mcandrews 2nd dvd which is good too, the stomach bit is a killer. I did them for quite a while and nells did tone up my stomach .......however i got out of the habit of doing them . It is my intention to start doing them again though, once you make them a regular routine it becomes a bit of a habit
