Another dog??

I have a 7 month old labrador think she will be my only dog I have completely fallen in love with her. Is it mean just to have one dog I am home nearly all day so she shouldn't be too lonely. Do you think dogs need doggy company?

If were to get another best to get same breed or does it not matter?

I don't think dogs need it, but it can be nice for them. Only thing is your dog is still very young, and i would let her mature a bit more before introducing a new dog into the household.

Hi Kimberley I agree with Emma, enjoy your puppy and if you want another dog I would wait until she is about 2 years old before getting one.

It doesn't really matter what breed, dogs don't worry about breed difference

I dont think I would get another dog I do enjoy it being just her. Maybe some dog friends instead.
