Wanted 3-6yr old Border Collie

Hello having lost my 12 year old lovely black Lab in August I am now ready for another dog, I would like a 3-6 Border Collie, as I am a young OAP it would not be fair to have a young dog and I do not want an elderly dog having recently lost our boy.

I live in Poole Dorset so it needs to be around a 40 mile radius please.

I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your lab but really pleased you are looking to rehome a border collie.

It's a shame you are so far away - we have two of that age in our local shelter just now. Have you tried your local rescue centres?

Unfortunately (or fortunately for you, depending on which way you look at it), border collies often end up in rescue so I would think you will stand a very good chance of finding one soon. Good luck with your search and I hope you will come on and tell us all about him/her when you find your new companion.
