All in all, a very good day for us, and Gracie loved it
FANTASTIC!!!!!!
WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dallies were on today too, Polo's son Nugget was in PGD, 12 entries, he made the cut and came away with VHC.
Not quite in the same class as Gracie but the owner was pleased all the same

Well folks we got flung out with both Pellow and Rye.
14 in Pellows class and 9 in Rye's . There were as lot of "Faces" and that was how it went. (Think you hit the nail on the head Scorpio)They both moved really well, but it was not to be, never mind another day another judge. We still enjoyed our day and meeting up with other borzoi people and having a good chat, though the weather could have been kinder. The wind and rain both going and coming back were horrendous.

What a disappointment to go all that way, I'm sorry that my opinion of the judge seemed founded.

Well, tell those boys that I think they are fab and here's a little something for them to prove it.

Big kisses for them both too. x

We had a bad second day at Manchester too, was a bit disappointing. Amber went perfectly and looked beautiful but our judge went for "faces" too. Its a bit annoying though as there was nmo consistency in the type of dog he was placing, one class would be taller, slimmer dogs, the next he'd go for the very short legged stumpy ones... But thats showing, we know we brought the best dog home with us

Sorry to hear you didn't do better with Amber and agree with you our Judge was the same all different types, but as you say thats showing and like you we too brought the best dogs home.

Better luck next time Amber.
