well I am assamed to admit that I have cookie crisp for breakfast with semi-skimmed, a cup of tea and since yesterday a folic acid tablet. I used to have 'I love teddy crisp' tesco's own brand but they stopped doing it? I would love to get my hands on lucky charms but refuse to pay the prices I've seen them advertised for on the net

If all you're having is OJ I would recommend you get a juicer and make fresh OJ in the mornings - it'll remove the pips but keep a lot of the fibre in it too :smt023

I didnt even know there was fat in orange juice Azz!

I only buy it cause i like the taste and it gives me a 'kick' in the morning.I couldnt squeeze my own though due to time constraints-i dont have time to fart in the morning due to walking Vegas!

With Lactose-Free milk (Rice Dream or Lactolite)

DRINK: Non-concentrate orange juice or real (red) grapefruit juice

This is healthy because it contains no added sugar or salt, and contains fibre, Omega3 and calcium and vit D.

To be honest it don't seem like the most tempting breakfast in the world
I'm not keen on apples and i prefer my nanas soft (hate the green ones)
i've never tried jordan's but i think i'd have to have it with full fat milk (i've never tried Lactose-Free milk)
though freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice sounds very temping
