Healthy Breakfasts - what's yours?

What are your healthy breakfasts? And are they really healthy? (If so tell us why!)

At the moment mine is:

Jordans 100% Natural Wheat Bran

with

Kalo Organic Puffed Rice

with

Natural Linseeds

With

Either a peeled chopped apple or greenish banana (or both if you are starving!)

With Lactose-Free milk (Rice Dream or Lactolite)

DRINK: Non-concentrate orange juice or real (red) grapefruit juice

This is healthy because it contains no added sugar or salt, and contains fibre, Omega3 and calcium and vit D.

Edited to add:

Here's a challange for you!
Try my breakfast for a week and see how you go... if you do I'll even give you ten rep points (But I want to see a pic of the reciept showing you bought all that stuff!)

My breakfast is:

Last nights Chinese left overs.

It is healthy because........... Iv saved money on Shredded Wheat and so I can then afford to buy food for my dinner.

Most definately not - they load nearly all of their cereals with added sugar and other chems and recently they took over a 'good' cereal company (Kashi) whose cereal (Kashi 7 grains) had no sugar content and surprise surprise, now it does

Tropica is an ok alternative to 'real' Juice Steve (we buy it too), however don't be fooled... carton juices contain 'all' the fat but none (or very little) of the fibre

If all you're having is OJ I would recommend you get a juicer and make fresh OJ in the mornings - it'll remove the pips but keep a lot of the fibre in it too :smt023

Roxy!! You are so norty! but I am not gonna preach to you as I'll be accused of nagging (but if anyone has health problems... give your body a chance by giving it 'good' fuel to fight back )
