Pretty good Ooee!

Havent had a crafty drag since last sunday and im feeling mighty better! The patches though,do give me bizzare dreams (sometimes nightmares) and disturbs my sleep pattern so have to remove it 1 1/2hrs before turning in for the night.

My morning cough has dissapeared, breathing is sweetly smooth and i really am feelin' good!!!

Infact,i cannot stand nearby to someone smoking now as it smells horendous, but im not gonna turn into an anti-smoking nut!

How many days Nick free Steve - 10?
A few boring stats for you.... (based on 10 days @ 25 ciggies)

You have not smoked 250 cigarettes

You have saved £68 by not buying any

Blood pressure and pulse rate are now normal (for you)

Oxygen levels in blood now normal

Cardon Monoxide has left the building

Nicotine has also left the building :smt026

Typed like a true non smoker (In my dreams )

Keep it up Steve, you're doing FANTASTIC :smt038 :smt038 :smt038

So, you roll your own then Ash? My daughter does this - I'm totally hopeless at it, even with a rolling machine - they either end up like matchsticks or cigars....

very well done steve
it seems you are doing really well

i gave up for a while, got the patches and then had a bit of bad news and started again
i felt i had really let myself down

have been given the nasal spray now
but too scared to use it as they say if you have a fag it can put you in hospital
have gotta get the will power to give up again

but very well done :smt041 :smt041 :smt041

No mate, not in any sense Phil does them in a machine, he sits watching TV and rolls enough for a week, if he left me, I'd pack in for sure He puts them in a posh tin for me so I don't look like 'a pikey'
