it,s to do with pet shops,fairs,breeding and people like me who own birds
and also promoting animal welfare e.g a reptile code or a dog code
they reckon this will start within a year
i have a piece here that was sent to me and was just wondering if others on here would like to read it

that is an excellent offer, many of our overseas friends will not be aware of it and may be interested It seems a lot of work for you though..is it on the net and can you cut and paste? (All skills way beyond my one finger..like Jeanette I am a bit 'daft' too)
