baby calves

these two were born 4days ago they are bottled fed at the mo

making hell of a racket in this one they know its feeding time

this one is of me and texas hes one day old trying to keep him up mum rejected him but will try again later with her

I second that Jen, I would love to live on a farm, with someone else doing all that hard work mind you! I love the new calves, but Willy dad looks a bit scarey, wouldn't like to meet up with him walking across a field! Btw, I mean the bull, not your Dad!

aww thanks everyone so glad you all like the pics willy bach may look scary but hes a big softy just got to watch where your put your feet with him he loves to have his head rubbed

we used to have 2 pot bellied pigs a few years back

have always wanted to bottle feed a calf and a lamb
make them really tame and keep them as pets in my garden

Rather you than me Jen, I'll pass on that! I bet that great big tongue comes out and licks you to death too! Hubby likes cows, he used to work on a farm and loves scratching their heads! They're soooo inquisitive too aren't they, they always follow me through our local field, but I'm a bit wary of them, don't know why, just am!

they can be frightning at times always staring at you wondering what your up to they pick up on when your nervous but ive been bought up with them since i was little

Big Daddy is very handsome (well both really!! ) and the calves are gorgeous, I hope mum accepts her baby soon

I don't envy you and your family all that hard work though, but you do have my admiration How many babes will you have to hand rear do you think? and how long do you have to do it for?
