Oh so very sad, I've signed the petition. Do you remember those lions kept in those trailers featured on GMTV a few months ago? I felt so awful about it, but felt helpless, then I was soooo pleased when they reported the Born Free campaign had rehomed them somewhere nice. Let's hope the same thing happens to this poor elephant.

I have signed it, but it is no wonder these magnificent animals lose their minds and attack people, did anyone ever see the 2 at dudley zoo and what alful conditions they had to enjure, and the giraffes, the poor things have nothing moor than a shed to live in and a back gaden to play in, its disgusting.

Whilst I have signed this.....I worrie what they are going to do with Anne............she will not be able to mix with other elephants and if the cost of rehoming her proves to much for the circus will they not just have her sent to the bridge?....

I hope that this is not the case, I feel that animals such as theses should not be kept in captivity, but at the rate the human race is spreading across the globe there will no space left for wild animals....man is a greedy race and seem reluctant to share with his fellow animals!.......
