Fed up and saying bye for abit

Hey all, well i'm just saying bye for abit as we are decorating and hoping to move, when i get time i will pop on and let you know how we are getting on.

But the fed up part is,
i was phoning balloon people for my wedding in 2008 to see how much deposits are needed and when to book, now out of 3 of them 2 of them were very nice and told me how much and wanted me to book 2 years before, fair enough they were nice. then this really stuck up 3rd place when i told her the wedding was in 2008 she told me to hold the line, didnt mute the line or anything and started laughing talking to this other woman asking what to say to me!!!!!!! so i hung up and thought well stuff you you have lost business, ste said i should have asked to speak to the manager, i couldnt believe it i know 2008 is far away but as 2 of the other companies need 2 years before booking it cant be that long!!!!!
some people are so nasty!!!

Thats very unprofessional I would of phoned back and asked to speak to the Manager and reported her.Lets hope she wasn''t the Manager.

Steph, Would you really want to deal with a company like that ? Their loss, and if your just one customer that's experienced bad service there is bound to many other's. Sod em !

Don't let the moo get you down. Some things do get booked up well in advance for weddings; nothing wrong with trying to ensure you get what you want.
