can border collies have spots like dalmatians?

just chatting to a friend online she is looking for a friend for her GSD and went to look at a collie pup yesterday, they said it was a full collie, it is very short haired and is black & white and on the white of its feet and legs it had dalmatian spots?

she was wondering if collies can have this? i said i did not know so i would ask on here for her!

thanks

A lot of collies have "naughty" spots 2 out of my 3 have them one of them has spots a good half inch in diameter
They tend to be seen more on collies from farm bred,a lot of breed dogs have very few spots,
