Is this an Orb???

I was taking a photo of my son in his new uniform (as I do every September ) and he wasn't very impressed and couldn't wait to get out the door to see his mate Anyway just as I put them on the computer I noticed something that looks like one of those Orb things that are meant to be ghosts. What does everyone think My other camera took quite a few pictures with these on and I put it down to the camera but I have never had one on this camera before. Anyone know what it is

Top of the door on the left there is a white circle.

If it is dust then why is it not on the picture before or the picture after. This was the only picture affected by it

it might not be dust on the lens. but when u take a picture, if u have a flash on, then the light from the flash captures the dust. If u dont have the flash on, then the dust might have caught some light from the window light.

Hi Jenny,

The flash was on for every picture, just thought it a bit strange that it didn't show up in any of the other pictures. Actually I have got some more pictures with these strange things on the door and they are always when I take photos with my son on them for some reason

I would be quite happy if they are just the effects of dust on the camera lens, I don't want any ghosts in my house
