I'd have to think about whose voice would match, but judging by Dahlia's bark she would have a low husky voice. And she wouldn't talk very much. She'd be the mysterious black-haired woman sitting in the back of the room, observing but rarely saying a word, but you'd remember every word she DID say.

How about a thread on what kind of shoes your dog would wear? You know DM's, Nikes, Stilettos etc etc.

Now what voice would Luchi have? Mmm Sophia Loren, but with a certain gruffness.
