God remind me never to sleep with you then Shady

I have heard people say about sewing a tennis ball in the back of their pyjamas so they cant turn on their backs. Although this wouldnt be of much use if they didnt wear pyjamas

Being deaf in one ear? Well it works for me!

Try sewing some tennis balls in his PJs!

Failing that give him a good kicking!

Now here's a topic I could have a lot to say about. Nigel has snored for years, and for years I thought I was a bad sleeper, but It was his snoring that woke or disturbed my sleep nearly every night. We got to desperate stages, he slept on the sofa then I slept on the sofa...eventaully he went to the doctors who referred him to the hospital. He was told by a specialist after being examined "he had a big one" (cant remember what it's called at the back of his throat-but it hangs down) and the reason he snored was because the soft tissue caused it to vibrate. They suggested to laser it causing scar tissue, which would stop it vibrating. I kid you not the fear of that procedure freaked him out and the snoring stopped for a long while-returned now though-and yes, worse when he has had a drink! The funniest thing is that Simba my cavvy snored terribly, so when I came downstairs to get away from the hubby, I was greeted by my Simba's snoring, and that was because of his palette! So in answer to your question EAR PLUGS...

Ear plugs are brilliant! Before I went deaf I used them all the time to stop my family waking me up early!

Try some from Boots, they're really soft and can be washed and reused several times!
