guess whos up and itching what I dont understand is how a gut bacteria can make your legs and feet itchy

If its effecting the blood, which more than likely it will, thats why you itch, as Azz said raw cabbage and juiced down, also if the itching continues you can get major relief by picking young stinging nettle leaves, juicing them down and drinking the juice twice daily.
my mom used to give me that whenever I had a reaction and used to itch, usually within 24 hours the skin is calmed
As I say if your unsure go to a health shop they will advise you they are trained

thanks YS, Im getting so peeded off now, Im supposed to be back at work today, Im shattered and still fell like poop, who would have thought such a little thing could be such a problem for someone.

its strange I tend only to get itchy at night, but its so intense, there is no rash, nothing to see but im so itchy Im a girl that needs her sleep lol, if I dont get enough im so narky.
