Thanks, no word from the vet, said they'd phone us at 3 or we could phone then. I'm guessing no news is good news but only time will tell. I just want him to get through today...

Thanks Linda. My OH is really fed up so I've sent him out with my son to do soemthing to take their minds off things!!!! We'd booked him into a craft activity and weren't going to go...but he's gone, will do them good!!!!! Meanwhile I am manning the phone. With only an hour to go before they phone to say how he's done and woken up, the optimist in me is thinking he must have have the GA by now???? Perhaps not. I shall not uncross anything yet...

Thanks DK and Kirsty. I know it could be bad news when they phone...but the worst news of course is that either they don't feel they should wake him up, or that he doesn't make it through the GA...I'm hoping given there is only an hour to go that neither of them apply and we just have to brace ourselves for a poor prognosis, just want him home for his cuddles really.

I'm keeping my fingers, legs, toes everything crossed for you.
