Oooh that doesn't feel very good...

There appears to be something loose in my knee...

It's only superficial but I can actually feel it move. Never noticed it before! Very strange...

Haha - no it's certainly not my knee cap! I have a vascular malformation so could just be a thrombosed superficial vein... will keep an eye on it though as they usually get infected - just never had one in my knee!
