9 Week Old Puppy

I'm in a weird situation. I just got a 9 week old puppy and suppose to pick up my 8 week pup this coming Tuesday. So going to have two tiny pups at 1 time.

Anyway, my question is the pup has been here for 4 hours now. He is use to pottying on the wee wee pads but I don't want to use those. I have been taking him out every hour just because I really want him to know outside is where we potty. So far only 1 accident and that was right before the hour was up to go potty. He has poo once and pee everytime outside so far. Is this too often or is it ok to take every hour in beginning to get the pup to realize outside is potty place? I know that being 9 weeks that it is recommanded every 2 hours but with this pup use to using wee wee pads I was hoping the every hour for right might get pup to know no more pottying inside. Any advice?

Yes, I have been taking him every hour outside. He seems to be doing pretty good with it. Right now he is kinda unsure of the leash inside (sometimes have to carry him out) but once outside he seems to walk around ok with the leash on.

I believe what Krueswalker is saying is are you insane?

Seriously why 2 puppies at the same time? That is going to be so much hard work. Have you got time to train and socialise them separately?

I'm home 27/4 except short hour or two hour max trips so yes I can train and socialize them separatly. This was not meant to happen at all but I know one thing this is better then the other option this pup had.
