It's something I've wanted to try, my only exotic meat is Ostrich and Kangaroo, both of which where very tasty.

Not personally, but a work colleague has had most exotic meats, including zebra, ostrich, kangaroo, and a few others that I can't remember.

Ooo, that shop looks lovely, shame it's not near here but then being in the Suffolk countryside we have quite a good selection of local/fine food producers.

I'll have to ask at Jimmy's Farm if they do water buffalo!
I'd love to try it

We were in Jenners (big posh shop in Edinburgh) about 10 years ago and in their food hall they had samples of alligator and Ostrich - I'll always remember my friend miss reading 'loin' steak and nobody had the heart to tell him.

I eat more Buffalo than any other meat. Theres a farm near here where they breed them and sell from their farm shop or at local farmers markets. The meat is a stronger flavour than beef and has almost zero fat. The mince is wonderful for home-made burgers. The farm is near Northallerton- Brompton -and its called Langthorne's.Oh its also less than half the price of beef !
