Dog Aggression.

My 5 year old staffie dog is aggressive with other dogs (not all)

He gets on really well with my terrier bitches who he lets snap at him all day long, but does not like certain dogs/bitches whilst out walking.

It's like he picks and chooses , what can be done to help a dog like this?
