Salmon oil

Bella my lurcher has always had itchy scurfy skin since i had her, it has improved a lot through diet but she obviously gets quite itchy because when she gets an itch she whinges and then bites herself to relieve it. I know she hasn't got fleas and its not food related, i have her on a wheat free food.

I have bought some salmon oil, I haven't got it yet as i only ordered it today but i thought i'd give it a go and see how she is, does anyone else use it and what results have you had ? thanks

I bought Healthy Hounds salmon oil.

I've used Grizzly Pet Products Salmon Oil for my 3, for about 8 months.
One has joint problems, but I can't say the oil has helped him that much.
One has seasonal allergies.....very itchy and he chews bald patches in his coat. So far this year he's had no such itching.
Our rescue came to us with her coat in quite a poor condition...very scurfy. It's helped her no end, she now has a lovely coat and no dandruff.
