Little things mean such a lot when you're working at gaining their trust like this, it must have brought a tear to your eye too. You're doing a fantastic job, and I'm sure he's beginning to realise it, he'll soon be up for cuddles at this rate. I love hearing about these poor dogs who've had such a terrible time of it being turned around like this in the right hands of course.

He's a lovely looking dog Claire I thought it would take longer to make these small steps but I'm delighted to be proved wrong, he's starting to trust you (Which he could never do with any human before) it must be such a good feeling for you.

He is luffly. I give him a little brush every day now and he`s stopped looking away - he sort of casts his eyes to heaven with a `oh well, get on with it then` expression.
Last night I was taking my oldie Bran down the road for his last toddle when I heard a noise and saw Raz had pushed the front door open and was trotting after us. I resisted the urge to panic and he followed us back in. Phew!
