Philip, Boxer x Staffie, DOB 2009 - Godstone, Surrey


Homing requirements: Philip needs a dog experience family who can soothe his nerves as he can become spooked in situations where he feels unsure or insecure. He soon settles, but domestic upsets can concern him. Phillip has a sensitive system so needs dietary watch and is allergic to 'spot-on' preparations.

His Story: Philip was found stray in Feb 2012 and homed from a rescue 7 months later. His devoted family were first time dog owners and felt unable to provide him with the assurance he needed in certain situations. Philip is now in kennels in Godstone, Surrey. Neutered, vax'd and chipped.

Advert: Philip is a handsome large dog who has a fluent and easy presence as a young puppyish boy. He has a friendly, innocent and naive feel about him. Philip will be a credit to his family especially if together they go through a training course so he can develop attunement and command. He is sensitive by nature and in his body. Kennels are harsh on him and Philip really needs a supportive family routine.

Phillip is a very fine looking dog, red in colour and at an ideal weight. He has a sensitive system so needs his food to be watched with care and he can react to spot on applications and certain wormers. Pure in body and pure in soul... perfect!
