Well second pear tree down as far as possible and if we have the rain they forecast maybe the ground will soften enough to have a go at getting them out.

Sue you can have my rain. So heavy I've not even ventured out to 'find' more bricks.
Will have to get my waterproofs on to put fresh beds down, did have a clear up at lunchtime, but it will be soggy by now
