New carpet

Have laid a new bedroom carpet today....i will of course need to rehome the 3 dogs- x2 paps and X1 dobe plus the 3 cats..because they no longer match the carpet!!!!!!

Oh my dear, it is completely normal to change one's pets along with the carpet...........one simply cannot have clashing colour schemes

Your such a bad owner If you was a proper one you would be changing your carpet to match your dogs not the other way round

just bought a lovely new large rug for the living room so the blankets have come out to keep it clean .Each night I pick it up just in case .How sad am i

You think that's bad? We've just restored the original Victorian floorboards in our bedroom, they came up fantastic. Cain hasn't been allowed in their yet because we're still decorating but I'm dreading letting him walk on it as he's so heavy footed I just know its going to scratch it up. At least you can Hoover the fur up from carpet but scratches are forever. Ironically, we only went for wood floor as it was easier to keep clean with the dog. I have a solution though, I'm going to strap little dusters to his feet, that way the floor stays scratch free AND gets polished
