Baked Apple

Having one of my favourites tonight, Baked apple, fill the middle where the core was with raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon and trickle with honey half way through cooking, absolutely delicious topped with greek yogurt.

You could try it with Golden Syrup or Maple Syrup.

mmmmmmmmm love them, but I like custard with it instead of yoghurt, and they have to be all fluffy and puffed up - yum yum

The recipe says 30 mins, but I buy smaller apples Cox not cooking apples so do them for about 20 mins until soft. (tummy is rumbling)
