Carys is ONE tomorrow - can she have smoked salmon?

Yep, one tomorrow, . I cannot believe where the time has gone.

We're not having a big party (too much after the Christening) but my immediate family are coming round for some sandwiches and wine.

I like smoked salmon and cream cheese and was wondering if Carys could have smoked salmon now she is a year old or is it too salty?

I can't see how a small amount would hurt her. If you can get her trying and eating lots of new foods, all the better for her!

I cant actually believe she's already coming upto 1.
As for the salmon I would say it would be fine, probably do her good just keep plenty of liquids for her if she does get thirsty.
