If she hasn't had her bowels open for ten days, I would suspect an obstruction. I would ring the emergency vets and tell them you want her seen and x-rayed.

Please please take her to the vets asap. She needs to be on a drip to be re-hydrated and the vet needs to see her.

If she can't even keep water down then there is a high chance she has an obstruction. Please get a second opinion as soon as possible, you can not wait until Tuesday.

This is seriously urgent, and there is no way that you can wait until Tuesday. If your vet won't see her straight away (like tonight), then ring around to find one that will.

You sound to be so upset, and rightly so......the sooner that she is investigated properly the better. Good luck.

If it were just a gastric bug she would be better by now. Hopefully you will have taken her to the emergency vets last night. She will be put on a drip immediately to keep her hydrated. X-rays etc. My feeling is an obstruction if she hasn't been for 10 days, because she would at least be pooing liquid if nothing else.
Keep us informed as to what is happening. I know how frightening it is when we have a sick dog.
Everything crossed that you get her sorted and she bounces back very quickly.

If it were my dog I'd be down the vets wanting a drip, an x ray and some blood tests. Please let us know what happens

Can't suggest anything, but please, please take her to an emergency vet. If she's not even able to keep water down then I would imagine there is something really wrong. I wouldn't delay at all if it was one of our two.
