Goodbye Ozzy

My cat who lived with my ex died today. He was only 1

Apparently he had been out last night till bedtime, and come in his usual self and gone to bed with Gary as usual.

About 5 o'clock this morning, Gary woke to hear him choking and he had soiled himself.. He couldn't get up and could hardly breathe.

Gary called the emergency vets and he went about 8am.

I got a call at 12.30 from my absolutely distraught ex to say Ozzy had died

We thought poisoning, but the vet didn't know, as he didn't display any usual signs, but I think he had eaten something or other...

It was Gary's first pet, and his little buddy, and he is REALLY upset, so please send positive vibes his way.

Little Ozzy was an absolute character of a cat, we used to call him The Oz Monster

RIP Ozzy.. We will do our best to find out what happened to you, we promise. Sleep peacefully now

Thanks leo..

Thing is I have an awful feeling it could be something the new "lodger" left lying around

I really hope not.

Thanks people.

Gary just got back from the vets.

He is at a loss as to what happened, and says he has seen cat that have eaten a whole range of things before..

He said it could be fern, or something similar..

Poor Ozzy, run free.Hope you can find out what it was.
We had a cat that died of rat poisining when I was little but it affects the nervous system and they lose the use of their back legs.Doesn't sound like that.Hope your ex is ok.
