Dog destroys £40,000 Elvis teddy

Seen this on the news? I laughed my head off imagining the teddies until I read that they are now saying the dog's future with them is uncertain.

The dog probably thought it was in a toy shop!!

Why was he left alone with them anyway?!

How stupid could they possibly be?

If they were that valuable, why weren't they in cases? Teddy-bears are fair-game to all dogs, however highly trained

That's what I thought! Shame about Elvis's teddy but the dog probably had a great time! I don't understand why they weren't in cases either.

Hopefully he will go to a nice home if the security people won't keep him on

i read it too, I don't think anything bad will happen to the dog, someone did say he has gone to live on a farm... but i dont know how true it is. Some of the guards comments were quite funny.

Personally i think to put a price tag on a bear of £40,000 is ridiculous anyway, if someone can afford that I think they shoudl put their money to better use. The same as painting which sell for millions they mean nowt to me,its just people with money wanting to own stuff at any price!

I too heard this on the radio and had to smile I can just imagine the dog having a great time with all the toys pity the humans didn't give the possibilities a little more thought!

My lot are the same. Can't think of a more stupid thing to do than put a dog in charge of protecting a bunch of stuffed toys. Methinks the twonk that thought that one up could be out of a job.

My only concern is the Dobe.
