Morning Moyra and all who follow.
Sorry the leg is still bad Moyra.
Hoping your shoulder is feeling easier Nippy Jen and that Brian is feeling more comfortable today.
June that you are beginning to feel better and you to griff.

Lovely to see you pop in Eileen. Also hoping LG is well.

Having a look at shelving units metal on internet must get that larder recess sorted needs papering first then I can start emptying cupboards in the kitchen and making that tidier and seemingly and hopefully easier to sell the house when the rest of the decorating is done.
Back in my mood of need to shift it. Had a word with Beth again about the drive and when Gorden gets his newer car once cheque already arrived today he will not want to be leaving it on the road when he has an early start he will need to get off the drive sometimes at 7am they never move their van off till about 8am.
They are also not going to want to leave their van on the road either when it's returned. Just kept getting excuses they are really hoping for the access road but that may well not happen what will they do then ? Just need an independant driveway and not having to clean up dog poop off the drive too.
I really do not want to get into a row we are friends and also do not that recorded on paperwork when we sell.
Also I loose sleep what if Dillon is taken ill with bloat in the middle of the night I will waste valuable minutes knocking them up and them moving the van off. I just do not need the worry and stress.
So for many reasons this house has to go I need to move now the bigger things are fixed we need to crack on and start doing all the timely niggly jobs.
Really hoping I can get it on the market in the spring or summer.

Lynn, do hope your plans for the place materialize. Difficult to live with neighbours who do not anticipate problems.

Good morning Moyra and Lynn and all that follow.
Sorry you are having trouble with your leg Moyra. My shoulder is slowly improving but I think I have caught Brians gout ..... can you catch gout! I now have a very sore foot. Just shoot me now
Lynn I think I would put the house on the market asap, the spring which is fast approaching is the best time to sell.
Anyway I hope you all have a good day x

LOL Nippy I think we are all ready for the knacker yard st this rate.
Lynn, they don't pick up their dog poo that's disgusting actually
Tried to do a few jobs this morning, had to give in and am back in bed, coughing and sneezing like a good 'un
Backs very sore, its the damp weather now, rained most of yesterday here and misty here this morning. After the cold dry weather its a nuisance.
Mab's is revving up to come in season, it'll be a couple of months yet but she starts early with the PMT and everyone walking on eggshells, she's stalking round with her lip curled in disdain. Keshi has copped for it a couple of times just for being there Lona's out of the race to come first, but she is acting the part as well because she won't be left out

stages of sin (of the older generation)

First finding someone of the opposite sex

From then on
Taking out for a meal or somewhere nice
Getting them back to your house
Taking them into the bedroom
Getting undressed
Getting into bed
Then falling asleep

Good morning everyone

Hope your leg soon gets better Moyra and your shoulder too Nippy. Hope Brian's got is also moving on.

You stay put June and only do what is necessary everything else can wait until you are fully recovered.

If I were you Lynn I would just do what really needs to be done and then get the house on the market asap.

Do hope LG is ok but he did say he would see us in the New Year so was not expecting his computer back quickly.

Dull and miserable here this morning. Thick mist when we went out to a garden centre. Had a £5 voucher that needed spending so have bought my vegetable seeds with it. Now just have to wait for the weather to improve.

Have a good day and stay warm

Nippy Jen, Gout is really only osteoarthritis, but it is extremely painful. My kidney specialist advised me to get colchicine from the doctor and generally taking one a day has kept me clear of it. This is the first time it has been in my leg rather than my feet. I do have it in my right foot but it is my left leg that is causing me problems. I have tried all the fruit drinks they advise but I am not sure that it is not Lemon Barley water that has caused it.

Hi Moyra, Brian had colchicine and was so poorly with diarrhoea for days, so I will try and find something else. He takes Naproxen now, that I am already taking for my shoulder.

Afternoon wet miserable dark day here.
B&Q didn't have any shelving units so either sold out or we need a larger store.
Job for tomorrow we did get the new plumbing bit needed for moving the washing machine into the kitchen.
We are meant to be going on a walk with our friends from Welney tomorrow but Dillon seems a bit uncomfortable on his front leg again and Gorden heard him click today. He is also doing a lot of stretching on rising and that is usually the first sign he is uncomfortable so I am ringing in a bit to cancel. They do like long walks and although Dillon would keep up he would need lots of resting and they like to march on.
Cheque in bank went to see a peugeot 307 convertible but it must of been sold we only wanted a look to see the difference in size especially in the back as a 307 is on his list.

They do pick up the pooh June but not always straight away. Must admit though after they had left for France I managed 5 bags to put on their pile and am hoping they note it was me as I put it in different colour bags.
When they are away we park on the drive and use it a lot more so for it to be pooh clear is better for us.

Nippy Jen really hoping to get all the jobs done now so it can go on the market for maybe April.
