Scarecrows - for Fred (non dog)

As requested by Fred, here are some of the scarecrows at the scarecrow festival in the village. Ony two scarecrows Fred cos it was too hot and crowded to walk round them all, but there are hundreds.


The first three are of the one my Dad made







The next two are one of the neighbours

Thanks Jackie, I probably should have made the effort and wandered round but the heat is unbearable here today, our paddling pool is very crowded

wow het!...you always see something you didn't think you would see here!...Those are brilliant scarecrows!!...The one your dad made is excellent and that one up the ladder!...well that would make a good deterent to burglars or something, heck that might be what it's up too...lol...looks very real! I bet they were great to look at

Wow Het, magnificent pics! I thought the 2nd scarecrow was a real person until I read myschievous' post, you've given me an idea too to deter burglars as she says! Mind you the dogs would probably have him down off that ladder if I put it up against my house.

It must have been unbearably hot in a crowd of people out in that sun today, go and pour yourself a nice cold Pimms, you've earnt it with those pics, they're great.
