Yes had mine it takes a while tho.I bought my car in Jan 201 but didn't have the new doc until Dec 2004.OH bought his car in Oct 2003 and had his doc in Jan 2005.....and DVLA is only up the road from me

My car has just recently been transfered to my name and I got my Reg Certificate in May sometime, so I'm presumming it's the new one. Can someone tell me if the front of the new one is blue and if its got V5C in the circle at the top right.

Yes Mitch , blue /green on the front and like a book that opens up with lots of colours and rubbish inside ...
