Well then deffo get in touch and tell them that you have been with them for that long and your router is old. They should give you a new one. If they hum and har then tell them your going to leave and go to another provider. Because according to their website the starter pack is free if you use their mobile network. or if not then £10 a month. I wont ask what you are being charged but you can pm me if you want. I used to work for another company similar sort of thing, so I know that they will not want you to leave. They have what they call migration operatives and they will do their best to keep you. So get dialling.
