can she phone up who her new bb provider will be and ask them if they have an unlimited / flat rate dial up package she can use while she waits for her bb?.

She can pick up a free cd from pc world or somewhere like that for one of the service providers and should just be able to follow the instructions to register for dial up! Hope she gets it sorted and back on here soon!

quickest way...click on Start, click on connect to, click on show all connectionc. On the menu on the left hand side should be the option to create a new connection. Follow the screen prompts from that. Her modem will dial a page of listings where she can just pick a provider, any one will do.
