I've got a broken ankle, have to keep my foot up, been watching all day every day, love the equestrian but UK rowers are doing well too!

Loved watching the cross country today, couldn't believe it was Greenwich Park! The fences were beautifully designed, did anyone clock the Chess piece fence made from wickerwork?
Almost made me wish I still lived in London...you'd have seen me sitting somewhere beside the course.
