Dull and cold here but must get out and finish picking acorns off the flower beds before they start to grow. Have enough with four oak trees don't need any more! Barry has dentist again this afternoon so a lovely walk for Teazle and I along the sea front and if the tide is right on the beach

Off to work shortly going to deck the house for Halloween not as much as we used to but still do it little children with grandparents (lots oldies round here LOL) have a good day all.

Raining here at the moment then the sun will undoubtedly peek out again. Got to pop out in a while think it might be a sprat or 5 to catch Dillon he is happily laying under the hedge in the rain.

I use to love Halloween at Fennells house all done up all the children with mums and dads knocking and loving either Ollie or Dillon jumping up at the stable door to say hello. They do do it round here but it's a bit more subdued. My first Halloween here I was on my own so didn't encourage it and it's more difficult here would have to keep opening and shutting the living room door into the hall before opening the front door onto the road. So I ignore now. Maybe in another house in the near distant future.
Gill has consultant appointment today wonder what he will have to say.

we don't do Halloween here at all, my old dog was a bit of a nightmare so we just discouraged it and i cant be bothered with up and down at the door all the flippin time, especially trying to step over the dogs...so the door goes and we just ignore it Lol

Lynn, I wish Gill well at the consultants today. I for one will not be celebrating Halloween, in fact doors locked lights out etc. at an early hour!
