feeling a bit sorry for myself

I went and fell on my walk this morning out with dogs - I was standing on a hill and it was really slippery and my dogs decided to go speak to some dogs and I wasn't paying attention and down I went I twisted my knee as I fell and it really really hurts

so feeling very sore and a bit sorry for myself and I'm not getting much sympathy at home - even though I keep moaning about it so OH dosen't forget

Oh its horrible not feeling 100% isn't it especially when no one with say "ahh" to you. never mind come on here and we will sympathise with you.

Hope your knee feels better soon - but a elastic bandage on it and then you will know you feel a little bit better.

Thanks Emm,
Nose feels a bit 'buzzy', and still a slight headache, sure it will pass.
Hope you are feeling better
