Howdy everyone

Hi there,

Just thought I'd pop in and say hi before asking lots of annoying questions on the main boards!

I'm long time dog lover but am yet to own one as other certain family members have always been more of a cat person . Personally I love both and have finally talked them into letting me get one!

So after about 15 years of nagging I thought I would get a "man's dog" and go for something on the large side.

Thinking of either an Akita or some sort of short haired german shepherd.
