Lola - Rough Collie

Hello - I was doing a search on Google and came across our rescue pooch that was listed on here. I know several people were pretty taken by Lola (original posting here: http://www.dogsey.com/showthread.php?t=79884) so I've joined to let you all know that Lola is happily enjoying her new life with us in Norfolk.

She's quite a character - very intelligent - we've started training sessions as she's not too keen on other dogs that she meets on her walks - so wanted to socialise her a little more. But she did embarrass me when she bit the training leader's own dog! Opps!

She's now spending her weekends on the beach as you can see below (pic of Lola & my OH) - thankyou to all the rescue forums that had Lola's details and of course Allbreedsrescue who she came from

Hello and Welcome to Dogsey.
Glad to see Lola has settled in to her forever home.
It brings a tear to my eye as six months ago I helped rehome a collie who had been dumped. She now is in doggy heaven on a 25 acre smallholding not far from the beach, so the photo above put a smile on my face.
Looks like Lola and you OH are inseparable. Hope you have many enjoyable years ahead of you

She's beautiful, well done to you for choosing a rescue dog and well done to AllBreedsrescue for being there for her when she'd needed help.
